SWE Leadership Coaches offer the following methods of support to section officers, affiliate leaders, and SWE members.

Sessions

• Facilitate discussions with section leaders on specific section goals and improvements.
• Tailor topics to meet your section's specific needs and interests!

Section Startup

• Provide guidance throughout the chartering process.
• Support is available for all collegiate and professional sections and affiliates!

​Office Hours

• LCC coaches are available at scheduled office hours to discuss key topics at various times of the fiscal year
• Section leaders are encouraged to come with questions ready or just hear in.

Societal Events

• Facilitate workshops at the Annual and WE Local conferences.
• Lead virtual webinars via SWE's Advance Learning Center.
