- The LCC has started conducting office hours for global affiliates to join each quarter. This is structured as a drop in and out within the hour based on your needs.
- The LCC sent out a survey that was taken by 7 affiliates with all-round interest in engaging with the LCC through office hours where the topics on building membership, strategic planning, and events/communications were the top requests.
- At WE20 the Global Networking Lounge was a success with 27 participants for the D&I workshop.
- Looking Ahead - Goal to expand globally:
- Extended the new coach applications to global affiliates
- Received interest from 11 affiliates to be paired formally with LCC coaches and assignments are in progress
- New coach trainings will include 2 new sessions on Sections vs Affiliates and Communication/cultural styles to incorporate the global aspects
- Extended the new coach applications to global affiliates
