Find Your Leadership Coach!

Follow this step-by-step guide:

1. Go to swe.org and click "login" in the upper right hand corner.
2. Once logged into the SWE Member Portal, you will be able to select "Leadership" to enter the SWE Leadership Portal.
3. The easiest way to find your assigned SWE Leadership Coach is by going to your section's leadership roster (above). Your SWE Leadership Coach and their email should be listed. Don't hesitate to reach out to them; they are here to help YOU!
4. If you have issues, refer to SWE Leadership Portal articles on SWE's Support Portal.  If you do not find what you are looking for, email SWE HQ for assistance.
